How do you contact someone who has blocked you iPhone?
With those caveats out of the way, here's how to call someone who has blocked you on their iPhone. You need to disguise your caller ID, which will prevent the receiving iPhone from knowing which number is calling. Open the Settings app, then go to Phone, and select 'Show My Caller ID'. Slide this to the off position.
In case of an Android Phone, open the Phone > tap on More (or 3-dot icon) > Settings in the drop-down menu. On the pop-up, tap on Hide Number > Cancel to come out of the Caller ID Menu. After hiding Caller ID, make a call to the person that has blocked your number and you should be able to reach the person.
To reverse this feature on Android, just choose “Show number” or “Network default.” You can also use *82 to temporarily unblock your number in case your call gets rejected. Some providers and users will automatically block private numbers, so using this code will help you bypass this filter.
If I dial *67, can I still get through if I'm blocked? Based on our tests in April of 2022, this still works. If you dial *67, then the recipient's full ten-digit phone number, your call will ring through. The recipient's caller ID will say 'Unknown Caller' or something similar.

This star code will unblock your caller ID for a single outgoing call if you have previously used *61 to block caller ID for all outbound calls.
Should I reach out to someone who blocked me?
Wait for them to reach out.
It's possible that the person who blocked you simply needs some room to cool off and that they'll unblock you once they're ready to talk. Just give them space. This is extremely likely to be the case if they've blocked and unblocked you before.
Call return (*69) automatically dials your last incoming call, whether the call was answered, unanswered or busy. Call within 30 minutes, during which you can still make and receive calls.

If someone has used the blocking function on their phone to block your number, there is nothing you can do about that. You'll just have to block your number from being sent to Caller ID. Or, use another phone.
You can request an unblock through other modes of communication. Try to be as polite as possible and ask them why they would block you over Facebook, Instagram, Whatsapp, Snapchat, or any other social media. A face-to-face meeting is the best way to convince them to unblock you if you know them in person.
Can you iMessage someone who blocked you?
If you have an iPhone and try to send an iMessage to someone who has blocked you, it will remain blue (which means it's still an iMessage). However, the person you've been blocked by will never receive that message.

This Vertical Service Code, *82, enables calling line identification regardless of subscriber preference, dialed to unblock withheld numbers (private callers) in the U.S. on a per-call basis.
Dialing *68 will disable the Caller ID for the next outbound / external call only. Selecting a line and dialing this feature code will result in a prompt on the phone display as well as an audible message: "Caller ID is BLOCKED for the next outbound call only." The caller might have hidden the ID intentionally or sometimes it can be accidental. If you want to hide the caller ID dial *31# and press call button.
The next time you receive a call from a number you wish to block, end the call and dial *97. The number will automatically be added to your Selective Call Rejection list. You can block up to 30 numbers.
It's called "continuous redial," and simply entering a code (*66) after a busy signal will tell the line to keep redialing each time a call fails. A simple three-presses of *86 then stops continuous redial. Problem solved, right? Wrong.

5. Get Even More Info on Call Forwarding: *#61# On my Galaxy phone, this code prompted a pop-up that let me know how long until a call is forwarded to the message center. On the iPhone, regardless of carrier, this code just showed me the same info as *#67# .

*69 doesn't work on blocked calls...a blocked call is just that, blocked. Go a head and dial *67,your home number from your cell. Then see how it is blocked at home. Then try to *69 from home and see if you can get your number.

As soon as you block someone on iPhone, they lose the ability to text or call you. Except the blocking happens at the level of your device. So the person who was blocked won't know they're blocked when they try to call you. On their end, they'll hear the phone ring a few times.

With the *#62# settings interrogation code, you can see if calls or texts are being forwarded to another number whenever you're unreachable. If the "Voice Call Forwarding," "Data Call Forwarding," and "SMS Call Forwarding" all say they're disabled, good. If numbers are listed, they could be put there by someone else.
