Is Black Frieza actually a thing?
As earlier stated, Black Frieza is a powered-up form of the anime character Frieza. In this form, Frieza's lower body, neck, tail, and arms take on a dark color.
Dragon Ball Super's co-author, Toyotarou, explains the design of Frieza's new, terrifying form: Black Frieza.
But is Black Frieza canon? Black Frieza is canon because the Dragon Ball Super manga is supervised by Akira Toriyama and is mostly written by him.
So long as they're around, Frieza will never be the most powerful being. But if Frieza isn't careful, that mission could quickly end at the palm of Beerus, whose full strength could still surpass even Black Frieza.
God of Destruction Physiology: As a God of Destruction, Frieza is a God of Destruction, gaining immense power to destroy anything and everything, even divine beings. He can destroy planets and whole star systems in an instant. As a God of Destruction, Frieza also has the task of keeping balance in the universe.

This upgrade allows him to eviscerate the Heeter Force's Gas, but he also knocks out Ultra Ego Vegeta and Ultra Instinct Goku in a single blow. Jiren can't contend with either Perfected Ultra Instinct or Ultra Ego, so there's no way he'd stand a chance against Black Frieza.

Cell Max was created and designed by Akira Toriyama, the original creator of Dragon Ball. Toriyama previously stated that the Semi-Perfect form was his favorite of the forms taken up by the original Cell, which may have inspired the decision for Cell Max to resemble Cell's Semi-Perfect state.
It is implied that the user can choose what color they want their biological armor to take when they use their Golden form, as Frieza mentioned that he "made it gold", although every user of the form thus far has been shown with a gold coloration.

Who could beat black Frieza?
With some proper time dedicated to training and honing his new form, Beast Gohan can tap into his unmatched potential and can quite possibly fold Black Frieza if no one else steps up to beat him. Although it'll be a long, uphill battle for him, he can still manage to pull through with his speed and technique.
Although, Black Frieza wouldn't be easy to beat we still expect Beerus to manage it. But undoubtedly, Frieza is the strongest mortal in the current Universe 7.
Whis is one of the strongest beings in existence, and interestingly enough, only his father and the Omni King are confirmed to be stronger than him.
Who would win in a fight with stats equalized, Perfect Cell or Frieza? Cell would win low to mid-diff. If they have the same stats, the only advantage Frieza would have (Because of DBS) wouldn't exist.
During his time training, he achieved the Black Frieza form. But unlike the Golden Frieza form, which seemed close to Super Saiyan Blue in terms of strength, Black Frieza is way stronger, even when compared to the current strongest forms of True Ultra Instinct and Ultra Ego, honed by Goku and Vegeta respectively.
Moreover, Goku does have the potential to surpass Frieza and he probably will in the next chapters of Dragon Ball. As of now, fans hold no hope of Goku defeating Black Frieza in his current state. The Daizenshuu Guidebooks Confirm Cold Was Weaker Than Frieza. There's also the matter of the official Daizenshuu guidebooks, published after the end of Dragon Ball's original run and overseen by series creator Akira Toriyama.
Despite the fact that it is also the most controversial Dragon Ball series and that SS4 is not even canon anymore, the power-up was so different and had such an amazing design that fans keep loving it. Super Saiyan 4 still shows up in the games, fan-fiction, and non-canon stories.
Omega Shenron
Now Omega Shenron, easily the most powerful non-canon villain Goku and the Z Fighters have ever come up against, he holds over 10x the power of Syn, let alone the rest of the Shadow Dragons.
In the manga Goku is able to learn hakai in a fight against fused zamasu. Sadly in the manga debut Toriyama hasn't confirmed Goku learning hakai to be canon. Goku can not and probably will not ever be able to use the hakai.
Can Frieza race use ultra instinct?
The Frieza Clan Berserker can use the Ultimate Class-up Sign state in-game of Dragon Ball Heroes. This state allows the Frieza Clan Berserker to achieve Ultra Instinct Sign, and is the only Class-up state that doesn't change his bio suit.
Vegeta not only resists Hakai, but is shown to be able to cut through it during the Tournament of Power, while the Prince of all Saiyans fights Toppo. Fans can literally see Vegeta cut through the Hakai energy, dissipating it with his Super Saiyan Blue Evolved form easily.

Obtaining this form exponentially increased his power, even while in base form. Within seconds, Frieza dispatched Gas, Elec, Goku and Vegeta, and that too without revealing his true power. From what we were able to see about this new Frieza, there is no realistic way Superman can beat him.

Background. Monaka was initially described as being a hero of his home world planet, Wagashi. At some point in his past, he was said to have fought against the God of Destruction Beerus. He managed to cause Beerus trouble, which makes him later claim Monaka as the strongest fighter he's ever faced.
In the manga's Universe Survival Saga, during the Zeno Expo, Beerus uses Ultra Instinct against the other Gods of Destruction, enabling him to handle multiple Gods of Destruction simultaneously; however, he is eventually restrained by Mule due to not having yet perfected the ability.

The eldest son of King Cold, the older brother of Frieza, the leader of the elite Cooler Force, Cooler travels to Earth to seek revenge against Goku for ruining his family's honor.
Frieza is over 70 years old. It is unclear whether his species doesn't age or is simply longer-lived than humans and saiyans. The fact he sought to wish for immortality suggests the latter.

While Frieza one shots ultra ego Vegeta and True Ultra instinct Goku Black Frieza is much stronger then Jiren by a lot. Jiren stands no chance against Frieza.
Dragon Ball Super Chapter 87 brings back Frieza (Freeza in Viz Media's translation) and reveals his powerful new transformation: Black Frieza. In the latest chapter of the manga series, Goku and Vegeta struggle against Gas, who is not quite as defeated as he seemed at the end of Chapter 86.

Shenron has been repeatedly shown to be a rather temperamental Dragon.
Frieza's base form, more commonly referred to as his First Form, is the weakest of the bunch, but still incredibly powerful. In this form, he was able to defeat King Vegeta with ease and even destroy the entire planet with a single attack.
His powers have reached astounding heights, but his crude character remains the same. Surprisingly, Black Frieza was able to counter Goku and Vegeta, who used their best abilities with a single punch which seemed to land a lot of pain on the Saiyans.
In his 5th form, Cooler's power level was 470,000,000. That makes the 5th form about 4.7 times stronger than the 4th. So if Frieza reached his 5th form, he'd have a power level around 564,000,000. Of course, this is considering that the increase in power is the same for everyone of Frieza's race.
Re: Freeza's Femininity
Because Funimation thought he looked girly, so they thought, "Oooh, let's cast a woman!" Or, alternatively, John Burgmeier thought "Better give my ol' maw something to do with her time!" Needless to say, in Japanese and pretty much every other dub, he has a male voice.
Since Dragon Ball was originally black and white, the animation studios likely did not know that Piccolo's blood was supposed to be purple until much later. In fact, this Reddit comment points out that it happens with Frieza's blood too, discoloring it from blue to red.
Is Frieza's race genderless?
They are a genderless species that reproduces all alone. There was only one time that Friza mentions having more than one parental figure, and that's in DBZ. But that was only in english, as the Japanese says "My Father". In the Xenoverse series of games, they only have a single gender to choose from.
